Good way to improve my game

Hi folks, I started playing chess a few weeks ago and I am playing Blitz to improve. I read in the forum that many players recommend playing longer games instead of Blitz because it's a faster way to improve. What are your thoughts about this ? Do you think Blitz is a good way to improve ? I would also appreciate it if somebody would take the time to have a look at a few of my games to tell me which fundamental mistakes I could get rid of. Thanks in advance!

You're hanging lots of pieces and not taking free pawns, pieces, etc. when your opponent hangs them. Look at each move you make closely. Look at where your piece is and where you plan to move it. Is that piece safe? Is there anything threatening it? What can I do if my opponent takes that piece? Will it benefit me? Focus on playing solid games and keeping everything defended, and eventually your opponent will crack.

If you do this, you will blunder less pieces but you will inevitably need more time to think, so playing 15|10 games would probably benefit you a lot more. You can improve by playing blitz, but it'll be a lot slower. I'd just play a few games every now and then for fun and keep it that way. Good luck!

Blitz approached the wrong way is the same drinking black coffee without cream and smoking cigarettes one after the other all day long just don't your better off playing 25.0, 35.0, 45.5. 60.0 rated games in controlled conditions or in a league with strict rules to get in one I think you have to play around 21-30 rated classical games and have a spotless record no bans or stars next to your name.

Studying and hard work is a must if you want to make rapid progress and become a solid player.
