Great News, Cheaters! Chess.com now allows account sharing!

In a major triumph for cheaters and exploiters everywhere, and a major step backward for everyone else on the app, chess.com is now allowing users to share accounts so they can cheat! Now if you check the rules it will say that they don't allow account sharing, but thanks to the New Chess.com reporting system, it is about as illegal as pirating movies, sure, it says it's illegal but no one's getting arrested, or in this case, banned. How do I know this? Because last month I tried to report 2 users who were account sharing, it should be easy to get them banned, right? Nope, chess.com changed its report system so that you can no longer do long-form reports with evidence and more details. After 2 failed attempts with Chess.com's insufferable help bot trying to tell me to just click their profile and then the report option. (which won't work since that is based on the quantity of reports and I am the only one who knows of this offense) After I finally managed to get to a human representative who actually read my report, they told me the fair play team would be on it, however when I fully read the Email (something Chess.com employees won't understand) I found out that they were investigating my games with this user to look for cheating, even when I specifically said that they cheated by account sharing and with other users, one user even sent the other a thank you badge with a message about playing daily games for him.
So due to the lack of effort and understanding from Chess.com support, anyone can now get away with account sharing, Congrats cheaters!
