New theory - no big bang-

The universe is "expanding" isn't it? Well then it stands to reason that it is expanding for some reason. That reason, until there is some better explanation is called "the big bang"

There won't be a better explanation. There's still a lot we don't know about the big bang but the scientific concensus is that there definitely was one.

When two or more forces of infinite magnitude. Come into a state of perfect equilibrium. A mathematical paradox is formed. A state which cannot exist in and of itself for longer than an instant. The instability produced from this state is likely the nature of the "big bang". This is my theory

You might at least read the article below. The source is certainly legit.

I would never make statements that seem to indicate that science has reached the final truth! I am not saying (nor am I qualified to) that this is goin g to replace the BB model, but a good scientist should be willing to reconsider things.

Not a new theory, a new hypothesis posed by a couple of scientists. Far from any kind of consensus. One of the problems with the lack of scientific literacy in this country is that people spot these little blurbs and headlines (usually written to be a sensational as possible to increase website hits) and then don't bother to read (or don't understand if they do read) what's actually in the article. They then move on under the impression of "lol, the Big Bang is BS".

I have a better solution. The universe we are in now existed before the big bang. And that time only seems to not have existed because of the "measurement problem".

Space-time is an illusion of observation. As we learn from the double slit experiment

Does this mean that the TV show will have to be cancelled?

I haven't been watching it lately. Has it jumped the shark yet?

no big bang is not a theory; it's the denial of an existing theory. so what is your new theory?

No clue. I saw a couple of episodes at some point and decided that I'd rather have teeth pulled with no anesthetic than watch another one.

Okay, I'll bite.

All the matter in the universe appears to be expanding away from one point. If all that matter wasn't all at the same point in the poast as you claim it wasn't, the where did the iniverse come from? And why would it be running away from that point?

.

Yeah, and the Earth is 6000 years old. Hilarious.

Maybe the universe is just one big accordian, and it just happens to be in the expansion cycle. Maybe God is a fan of Flaco Jiménez.

Then I hope we're more towards the outer crease of one of the folds, or else compression is going to be a bummer.

one thing you can be sure is that hell exists and guess what it's here on earth.
