If you played fairly, you don't have to worry about getting banned. If you didn't play fairly, you have to worry about getting banned. It's this easy.
And it was a 19 move game. Do you know what could get you banned? Getting 99+ accuracy in every single game, even in 50-100 move long games. But this is something even Magnus Carlsen can't do.
