I can tell you know as much about the chess.com interface as you do about premoves and hacking.

That would take some hacker! My guess is your internet connection was no good
The connection speed between your computer and your router isn't the problem. It's the connection speed between your router and California that causes the lag.
maybe because chess.com provides lag compensation
