With increment or good time left: You.
No increment and you’re under 20 seconds: Probably them, unless you’re extremely fast.

DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH TIME YOU HAVE

As long as you know how to slide your queen, I think you should be fine. But it really depends on how much time you have, like 30 seconds is less but 1-2 minutes should be fine

And the position

My opponent can have 3 minutes more than me and I can have 60 minutes :/

But lets say they have 4 minutes and I have 1, I would say it depends on the position and how good my opponent is but yeah I think 70% of the time I would win.
