In_prasad, your highest real-time (non-correspondence) rating here is under 1650. I'm guessing that by your own standard, you must be lazy and below average in intelligence.

My condolences to you.

iiIi. So you are checking my profile ha ha ha. I never claimed I am going to be master LOL. I am lazy and below average in hard working for chess game not for intelligence. Get your facts clear.

Untracking as OLDIES ARE HAVING ENOUGH TIME TO SPEND ON USELESS ARGUMENT.

Its obvious you haven't been here long. That's why it matters to the members here, who do know how to debate in chess threads. Their called threads for a reason. There's an ebb & flow about them. Breathing room. Its not a contest. We try and help the staff who have to put up with nonsense 24/7. As a member, you look around; if you have an opinion on a topic you chime in. I will create the following threads. "I have a flat tire, what should I do?";  "My bathroom is dirty, what should I do?"  "My TV is broke, what should I do?"  There are REAL threads, and then there's nonsense BS. You need a lot of things to become a master of anything. Didn't Yo mama ever tell you that??  She told me!

In_prasad made a statement that questioned the intelligence of tens of thousands of chess players. He has no evidence for his claim, and is acting the injured party.

It might be time for some wise words in here... Wink

Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence.

...

Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

etc....

You never claimed to be a master in post 213??  Then could you explain what you meant in post 198 ??  in_prasad          "you had your young life and when you could not obtain master status you come here to discourage young people in these forums"  Is that another example of you not saying what you mean??

Reminds me of this one.

dude this used to be a good neighborhood but with fellows like gg and cote we now have a slum from hell.  A place where you could be sitting at home watching Jeopardy and a random bullet flies through your window and blasts grandma in the head.  I remember when all threads were informative and respectful, instead of a barrage of hatred between people that do not even know each other.  A place where mothers are insulted by gg and cote.  They must be next door neighbors these two trouble makers.

Since this thread is a waste of time, I am posting something more interesting that I just came across. This is quite a unique avatar!

Yes please tell us how it used to be better when you have been here only for a few months.

You remember a dream-world then.  GG has been around a long time, under various handles.

Sorry, no-one needs to accept insults in these forums.

Take ≠ accept.

If you cannot stand to be insulted, keep off the forums. But it doesn't mean you have to enjoy it.

Yeah, they definitely used to be more fun.

Let me make an observation about your  "nice neighborhood" . You have more threads than friends on your homepage. Maybe you should work on your people skills rather than your writing skills.

Surely there is some trick masters have used to get to where they are today. A special pill. An adjustment to their diet. Something. Unfortunatly, they don't want to share that information with us, so they can keep their lofty stature to theirselves.

Whenever we ask, they always say they got there through 'hard work' or some other obvious nonesense. Just to make us go away.

Fine then. Don't tell us. We'll figure it out on our own!
