Notice dark, meaning no light-squared bishops, by book it's not possible but it is if your opponent has a pawn on the board

Hopefully you both realize entire books have been written on rook endgames, let alone articles.

I don't see that as a reason not to write about this topic, even if there are others who have written about it as well.
