When someone who is +20 more points then me on a bullet game this is what they get and I get (guess).

Opponent:

Win +125 Draw -10 Lose - 137

Me:

Win +9 Draw +1 Lose -7

Why do I win/lose much less then my opponent does.

Yes that is correct

It most likely means that the player you are playing against is new,
and therefore has a higher glicko. If you have a high Glicko, it means that the website is unsure of your strength. So it will make you gain/lose much more elo then normally. Usually your Glicko
Goes down as you keep playing.

This mechanism was added to the game so that the website could quickly determine your chess strength.

Look up how the Glicko rating system works. They either have not played many games, or have not played in a while and their RD value is very high, while yours is settled.

I wish u'd change your name to Bobnus.

How can I see what I would get for a win against a particular player? Have had a good look around but failed to find out.
