Play long games 15 minutes or more and give yourself time to think. Make sure you don't hang any pieces for free and take free pieces. Analyze your games afterwards. You have premium so it should be instant. Especially when they beat you in the first few moves, check where you went wrong and the best way to continue

Go to Chessable and learn the 780 puzzles of the book Common Chess Patterns. After a while you will begin to see these tactics in your games.
Parallel to this learn a basic opening repertoire for white and black, in Chessable they are called Sweet & Short.
And learn the book Basic Endgames.
After a while your rating will go up until 1200 in rapid. Forget blitz. And analyse your games.

I keep getting worse and worse. Last time my rating went up and stayed that way was by 2 in two days, and I lost it right away. *And* in rapid I've had 5 wins and 17 losses.
In my previous account (that I closed) my rating was ~900, now my rating is 450. I never seem to win anymore. What makes things worse is that I always get really mad at myself every time I lose, and the joy of winning is quickly replaced by anger as soon as I lose my next game.
Any tips? Any ideas why I'm not improving, doing the opposite in fact?
