Yes, he is definitely bringing the Monarch out! My guess is that he believes he has you on the ropes and is preparing for his end-game

That looks more like a more common 'Bongcloud' move. Play rapidly and he'll get confused.
Resign now; it's the only way to save face. Unless you know your thirty pages of theory, you're toast on this one.

There is an aul myth which says that one guy played Ke2 so fast that his opponent was literally blown off the board!
Seriously, I'm just beginning to know about this Bongcloud opening... Is this opening just a joke, or what? Did I miss the bandwagon?
Ke7 was your only hope of equalising... if his King gets to the center of the board while your king relaxes on the backrank... you are in for sure humiliation.
The boungcloud will envelope you, and you will find it difficult to breathe. You may feel a little light-headed, but eventually paranoia will set in.
And when it's all over, you will feel the need to munch on something, and your clothes will stink.

Please help me!! I facing the opening in chessworld.net. My opponent has played a "Delayed boungcloud opening!. And I do not know what to do!! OMG I'm lost already!!!(this game is not a joke, my opponent actually played that moves). I'm black in this game.
