i receive many e-mails from players. but where does emails stays. i once read and after again i search i couldn't find them.

With your homepage inbox messages, these only remain in your homepage inbox for certain time before they are auto deleted.

@chess.com emails remain in your inbox until you yourself delete them.

Before you ask any more questions Mr. Nongsha its might be a good idea to look into the FAQs they may have your answer you were looking for that will save alot of hassle.
