I really want to point out the talents that have not been discovered and there is no opportunity for them. For example, I learned chess in a short time and my rating reached 1940 and I am 17 years old. My level is developing even without training, but when I talk to officials and tell them, no one cares. Maybe why not? I am an upcoming talent but it has not been discovered. I know that there are many who are like that.
