how can I improve my concentration and speed in chess?

I posted it without finishing: and I lost because I couldn't be productive enough to win. How can I improve??

tell me everything you can :) like what plans I should have had or general positional mistakes I should look forward to not do .( I was white. ) And how I can practice to think quicker

I haven't looked at the game, but one major piece of advice I can give you is to analyse your games without an engine first. Go over every move (with a chess set if you have one, although doing it on the analysis board will also work) and try to recall your thought processes over each move. Then consider where you could have improved, analyse lines etc. Write down your thoughts somewhere. THEN compare your ideas with what the engine gives and see where you were right or what you missed. This is how you will improve. It is a lot harder and more time-consuming than just pulling up the engine summary, but will help you more in the long term.

After 8...0-0 this is a very classical type of position. Tons of Capablanca games (and modern games too) with well known plans for each side. Google "orthodox exchange chess" and for a brief preview this link:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pawn_structure#Queen's_Gambit_%E2%80%93_Orthodox_Exchange
(I guess you have to scroll down to orthodox exchange)
You'll see your plans are the minority attack (again, very classical chess here) and the e4 pawn break. Black's main idea is the e4 outpost and a kingside attack... which is exactly that happened in the game.
The best way to counter black's kingside attack is to push for your play (the minority attack or e4 break depending on what will work, and if both work, then depending on what you like better). In other words direct defense of an attack that is "correct" (the position makes his attack correct) is often impossible. You have to counter with your play.
There's a lot written about the minority attack (you can google it). Basically you force some trades of queenside pawns. Why is trading pawns an "attack"? Because no matter how black deals with it he'll end up with 1 or 2 weak pawns which can lead to, for example, a very long and difficult endgame defense for the black player.

Here my opponent thought 40 min at the end and I thought 80 min. How can I be more productive?
Well, maybe you were more productive, but he just knows more than you
A grandmaster can play 50 or 100 people at the same time. Sure you could say he's >100x more productive in his calculation, but it's not a mental trick, it's (often) decades of experience which let him take shortcuts. You (or I) might spend 30 minutes calculating a difficult line. At the end of 30 minutes we may triumphantly declare we have proven the move is bad! Meanwhile a GM knew it was bad in 10 seconds because his experience allowed him to skip >99% of the calculation.

So it's not a simple question to answer.
I have heard good things about "The Inner Game of Chess" by Soltis. I've heard it deals with things like this (what to calculate and what to think about during a game). I heaven't read it though so I can't properly recommend it. Maybe read some reviews and see what you think.
