How can I set my opponents not less than 1500 rated

Your rating is too far below 1500 to do that.
You are rated 1010 in blitz and 1270 in rapid.
You can set a range above and below which might allow you to very occasionally play much higher rated players but your rating has to be within the range. You can't set a minimum 500 points above your rating.

^That is correct.
And if you're doing it for chess improvement, there is no need. Simply set the average rating to be slightly above yours.
There is nothing to gain from playing players much stronger than you. There is plenty of instruction to gain from games between 1300 vs 1400 etc.
