Chess is a struggle . . . life is a struggle. Chess is usually won by the player with a plan, with goals. Do you have a plan? Goals? Chess can sometimes be unfair and unforgiving . . . life, too. Chess is not only about winning, but the journey to victory . . . life is about the journey.
When chess is over the pieces go back into the box. When life is over we, too, go into a box.
