How do game Ratings work?

I'm not asking how the Rating numbers are calculated but rather how to interpret the INFO tab in a game. When in Daily Game, as example, and it tells me the following then these are clearly MY Rating adjustment numbers:

Variant: Standard (Rated)Win: +13, Loss: -1, Draw: +6

QUESTION: What are my opponent's numbers? Would they be exact opposite as:

Win: +1, Loss: -13, Draw: -6

Or are their Rating numbers completely different? Thank you all for helping me!

CORRECTED Draw for opponent from +6 to -6 as indicated by @BatWilly

It depends I think usually it is the opposite of what is shown on yours, unless your new with a privisional rating that is subject to major change or you haven’t played in a while and your account is trying to rebalance your rating. But generally they have the opposite of what you have.

Yes, unless either of you are on provisional rating

I didn't know that was what u wanted. Once my ELO was essentially established, I don't think it's different than the opposite of yours. For example, I see an error in your presentation. It appears your opponent has a significantly better ELO than you. So if, the underdog, wins you get positive points, win=+13. If u get a draw, that also is in your favor, as u were expected to lose. So u get draw = +6. And if you lose, which is expected, u too will lose points, but -1. However, your mistake was giving +6 to your opponent also for a draw. No. He was expected to win, so a draw still gets him negative points, -6.
