A rating of 700 is a sign of frequent blunders.
Always check your intended move is no blunder before you play it.
Think about the position.
Think about your opponent's last move.
Identify 3 candidate moves.
Calculate.
Evaluate.
Decide.
Do not play your intended move, but imagine it played on the board.
Check it is no blunder: does not hang any piece or pawn, does not run into checkmate.
Only then play it.

Thank you a lot

Main thing I found in that range was to check to make sure I wasn't blundering material, and taking my opponent's hanging material when offered. Then trade down to an endgame where I had a 1-2 piece advantage, and win there.

Hi

I recommend playing a medium to hard CPU with takebacks for awhile so you can really feel all you can do right & wrong. Analyze your games whenever you can. Puzzle rush survival is helpful. Find balance between playing & resting.
