You don't have to exactly spam to get those achievments because you can just be active for a year and also write messages for one year then you'll probably get those
I got 10000 puzzles last night!! This one requires patience as well!! Now I see chess problems when I go to bed...
Ho no, I thought it was "puzzle addict", but nope, it's only I DID 10K puzzles, but didn't solve them all :/
Ho well, getting back to it...
