My advise is don’t play too many tournaments back to back. I did that and I was way too tired and lost many points while I was virtually 2150

Yesterday was my best chess time. It was a quite dumb opening and he blundered his knight. Yea I'm up to something. I am determined to get better and am improving a lot now. I'm practicing 2-3 hours per day and quality progress is my result!

True. I realized that now and stopped playing many games and tournaments. My national rating dropped so much because of back to back tournaments thanks for the suggestion.

I would, but I am strictly playing OTB tournaments or Online tournaments. The reason I have stopped normal games is because I get too addicted and stop focusing on practicing. I was doing this for the past 3 months and had no progress. As mentioned in the first comment, my goal is to improve and score top 3 in U16 CYCC and go to the WYCC so I won't be playing games for a while.

You set the bar way too high. You are still 1437 CFC with no FIDE rating, and there will be quite a few strong titled players in the tournament- you need hard work of several months (if not years) to compete succesfully against that field.

How do you know this stuff??? Also my rated CFC is underrated. Check my quick rating and I do have a blitz FIDE (1932). Sure there will be a few titled players but there is still hope!
