In fact, they wanted to partner with Fide in this program, but Fide dropped out and they released the program finally. So, the revamped version will not be a seperate program but they are planning to make it a part of the premium membership.

I don't believe the Verified program was a partnership with FIDE and I haven't talked seen anything from staff indicating they're rolling it into premium.

Well! I had this conversation with the director of one of the departments of chess.com. He had explained everything about the verification program , its history and future plans. So, Both of the things that you mentioned you don't believe are true facts. I have proofs for the same .
