It should not be very difficult to get the opponent King on the rim, with such an over-powering advantage. On an 8x8 board, when you force your own King to the center, the opponent must already be close to the rim. By taking opposition and cover the squares left and right of him with your other pieces you force him to step 'backwards'. And then you take opposition again to keep him there.
