Recently i made a challenge with someone to reach 1950 in blitz before the end of June.
But my rating just does not go above 1880.......
How do i improve my chess and increase my rating to 1950?
I need some advice........... i will appreciate all advices posted, thank you!
Play longer time controls. I do 10 mins, but only managed to get to 1918. 
However, when I did 3 mins, it dropped to 1750...

In all seriousness, if you want to become 1950, work on your weaknesses. Once I stop making sloppy blunders, my rating will sky rocket to around 2000.

Yeah, I know that... I'm doing a lot of those strategy lessons and positional ones. But you know, hard to find in blitz unless you do it a lot for it to become second nature- otherwise, it burns some time.
What about my archive?
I haven't looked, but... from my experiences playing you, you make some tactical mistakes, while having really solid play. You should look for opposing tactics, or learn to play into a position where your opponent has no chance of tactics (i.e. positional squeeze)

It depends, there are two types of positional players. Eome have a strong positional intuition, others have good cognitive positional skills.
Have you played yet 4 Player offered here? Yo dude.... that insane crazy fun game is so much fun and I have bigtime increased my skills in my standard, well, 960 games, considering I no longer play standard due so many using engines now days.
The only thing is you need to check out some YouTubes on how to play, position and tactics, and the regulars radar right in on a newby because your King is worth +20 and most points wins, so there you go. You even can archive search anyone’s wins and see what works.. Shoot... lol I have won 2,000 rt. players, and me 1450 or so, because while everyone is, lmao, attempting to grab promo, I open out with Queen and steal a Rook and lol maybe even a checkmate! 😂
