How do you externalize/internalize your chess anger?

I do it by not giving one single

antioxidant

sacrifice all the pieces when all is lost  even if they are stupid moves  just by doing it you do not give glory to your opponents winning,so that the your following game will be a  good one because you have thrown out all your mistake.

I don't get mad from playing chess (blundering, losing...). Only thing that gets to me is a losing streak, but in those cases I just stop playing for the day.

I get furious; livid.......it's always some silliy blunder or an oversight. I guess it helps to know that we've all been there.... I generally play bad when I'm drunk as a skunk and carry on losing games regeardless........ I'll come back I'll get back into winning when I'm sober..... but I do get relly pissed off when I throw a won game away..........

An observation and I may well be right is that we are all pissed off cause we are angry... well we are in good company and we can obtain solace in the fact that we have all been there...

I don't care enough to get pissed off.

When I end up losing a winning game because of a terrible blunder, epecially games where I'm expecting my opponent to resign.

Even the Great players cannot always control their temper. Nimzovich famously exclaimed   "why must I lose to this idiot?"  in his game against Samisch, while Alekhine angrily hurled his King across the room having lost his game against Gruenfeld..

maybe chess isn't ur thing?  ...i mean, the only good thing about beating ur head against the wall? ...it feels so good when u stop

When I have lost a piece due to miscalculation I'll get so pissed and I'll play extremely aggressive for the rest of the game. Or I'll just feed my opponent all of my pieces and take none of his. One time I did this and the guy started talking trash until I cleverly forced a stalemate. I was laughing so hard. When I get on a losing streak I get so mad. I am usually a zen master and can control my anger no matter what, but when it comes to chess...its a whole other thing for me. If I lose 4 straight games in blitz then I'll play bullet until I feel better. In bullet I can always get a few wins, that always eases the anger.

I may get angry playing online and curse, but OTB whether I have a crushing attack, the position looks completely even to me, or I'm about to get mated I keep the exact same neutral expression on my face at all times.
