How do you feel when your opponent blundered away his queen or rook?

I have been on the other end of the board; hanging my rook. As we have seen at top levels, we simply miss things. The crazy thing is, I ended up sacing my other rook. I had compensation because I had some open diagonals with my bishop pair. Ended up mating my opponent about 10 moves later. If I did not have my queen and a bishop pair, for example, if it was a rook end game and simply hung my rook, I would have resigned immediately.

So he's telling me he can get positional compensation for this major piece?!

I think I would like to see that......

I am a charter member of the "Hung my Queen Club," and continue to pay dues.

When I do that, I write on my scoresheet under opening "Queen's Gambit, Accepted."

I feel a powerfull widening of my chest, my head rising up in pride and a tingling pricly feeling in all of my body. I often spontaneously clamor out loud.
