how do you get a high bullet rating

ok so my connection is pretty bad so I tried playing bullet games at the library, but it was more frustrating clicking. it was really awkward for me, I mean the connection was amazing but I struggled moving the pieces. I think I played 10 and mated my opponent twice. how do people think so fast do they just memorize every line possible? it's really fun though. Idk any thoughts?
Bullet is much more about moving fast without blundering than about really thinking.
I would say in bullet experience plays a more important role than actually studying.
I was at 1100 for a very long time, and suddenly in one night I went to 1498.
Luck also plays a big part.
