How do you suppose Bobby Fischer looked when he resigned?

For example, Carlsen makes funny facial expressions and Kasparov acts all crazy practically flailing his arms around while his eyes pop.

Other GM's just shake their head or are pretty polite about resignation.

I don't know, just something that popped into my head. Do you think or know what Fischer looked like when he resigned? Do you think it was crazy and dramatic or more subtle and polite?

For all the theatrics away from the board, he was supposedly a gentleman while sitting at it. I'm guessing polite.

Traumatized. Mad and exhausted, but more importantly disappointed at himself, ready to go home and break his head on the game. Only way to go forward is by learning from your mistakes.

Here is a famous quote by him, maybe you will get an idea of Fischer & losing:

"Don't even mention losing to me. I can't stand to think of it." - Bobby Fischer

Here are some photos of the first game. I got them from an excellent article that you should read on chessbase

Thank you!! I'll read it!
