How does Chess.Com stop these cheaters?

So what if a player plays with only a evaluation bar for assistance. How on earth would chess.com know that person is cheating.
I've noticed more and more players picking up on misses and inaccuracies like they are masters. Yet not knowing the right move they have a assistance to at least know when to be vigilant.
Because chess.com can't ban someone for playing a good move after a miss, yes if the player continues to find the best moves it's obvious they will pick it up.
So all the cheater has to do, just play with eval bar, make your own moves.
In others words the non cheater has to find all the best moves in order to win his position. but... if a player plays all the best moves... you are flagged for cheating yourself.
Think this is what the world's best player means when he said cheating in online chess is getting out of hand.

I've been playing online for 12 years and I've never had my a$$ handed to me like I have in the last 3 months.
You're right, more players are picking up on misses and inaccuracies and making machine-like moves. And it seems to always start to happen in the middle game if I'm ahead. Suddenly their games turn around and they're amazing.
Makes me want to just give up the game and app entirely.

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean.
