How does the scoring work in leagues ?

Hi , 
How does the scoring work in leagues ? 
15 for a win ?
Do you get anything if you loose ?
And 5 of a draw ? 

I have noticed some people are on odd numbers like , 27 , 17 , 19 ..etc , how has that happened ? 
I guess , if you get say 3 point for a loose , maybe

How do I know which I am playing ? 
I normally , in fact always play 10min rated games . 
rapid is 10min games or is that blitz? and bullet is 1 min games , yea ? 
That may sound silly , but I use to have a score of 1200 -1300 (don't on what) but that has dropped massively to 900 -1000 , sometimes even touching on the high 800s

Sorry to bug you , but just played a game , it was 10mins , so that is a Rapid , but the clock was white , what does that mean ? 
Also , just so I am not being silly , you do mean the stop watch counting down , yea ? 
Is the a user guide on there on how and what things mean . Not on how to play chess , but the interface

Also I noticed , that for a win , I scored 9 , but for the league it adds 15 , this is for the same game i mean .

Make it for King Of The Hill, please.

Variants were removed from leagues early on and likely won't get added back. It was too easy to get a lot of trophies really quickly.

so it is because league points you always get 15 if you win on rapid and sometime on your rating it can get to 30 or so

no, you do not get anything if you lose and people are on those numbers because they don't just play rapid

if there are any points for losing, people would be resigning and be banned

some of the people on my team have odd numbers too mostly 9
