If you're asking if there's a name for this, there is. It's called a discovered attack, since moving the pawn forward "discovers" an attack on the rook. There isn't a specific name for a discovered attack that attacks with the moved piece as well, as far as I'm concerned.

i attached a screen shot of a puzzle i encountered...
the solution is 1...Bxd5 2. e4xd5 ...e4
the last move, when the black pawn moves forward...it makes a discovered threat on the rook on a1, and at the same time - threats the knight....
i wonder if there's a way to call this...
