How long do you spend per move in online chess?

Obviously you've got at least a day to make a move, maybe up to 2 weeks. But do you spend hours studying each move? Or do you flick through each of your 50 games like a GM doing a simul against children?

I reckon I spend about 1-2 minutes on each move although often half of that is re-acquainting myself with the game by flicking through the last 3-6 moves to remind myself what I was trying to achieve Laughing

I think a couple of minutes is not enough. Correspondence chess gives you the opportunity to take all the time you want. In his video series, awwrats suggests 3 hours per move. That may be a bit much, but I try and at least go through my normal checklist, which I mostly don't have time for on many moves in OTB games.
