3-4 years.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? 1800+

IQ 160+ seems a far cry from normal to me... It's more like 100 I'm pretty sure.

Depends, I think something like 2 years if you take chess seriously but don't study everday, faster if you do, slower if you don't take chess as seriously.

A few days. It's only a board game. I got one of my pawns to the other side of the board like five minutes after I learned the rules, and my QI is 011.

And that means drinking becomes your secondary hobby. Are you willing to do that? Do you have what it takes? Wait, maybe you can have drinking as your primary medication? That may work:)

You can ask Tal with a ouiga board if your QI is 160+. I'm currently at 140 but I've been playing a lot of soccer so I might level up soon.

To the Op... You've been on this site for almost 2 years and can't break 1,000. That doesn't bode well.
Of course, I could be badly mistaken.

Actually my account was created about 2 years ago, but after that time it was created only to play chess online during computer class, I did not log in until 1 month ago

I do not think there is that much a correlation between IQ and ability to play chess. [not from what I have read]
With all the help one can get nowadays via the internet or books I would guess maybe your 3rd tournament for USCF 1800 for the average person. He/she would have to have chess as a main hobby.
If you are slightly talented, then the 1st tournament.
Well, this is my question: How long does it takes to a normal person (not superhuman, QI 160+) to archieve 1800 in any modality in normal chess?
5 years?
