How long for USCF rating?

How long does it take to get ones rating after they've played in a USCF tournament?  It's been 4 weeks now and I still don't show up.

Your rating won't be posted on the main list until the next rating list comes out. (Monthly.) But if your entry is the one I think it is, your rating already shows up on your tournament history tab. (It's 1094P5 if you're the guy I think you are.) It usually only takes 1-3 days after a tournament for it to show up in tournament history.

They give you guys a whopping $2 off?!!  Maybe BF was right?  They ARE out to get us!!
