There is no such thing. It depends on your schedule and time available.
How many games per day, is good ?

Assuming you have the time available, how many games will you play and for how long ?

This is a question I get all the time, and I always tell my students that the optimal number is however many games you can thoroughly analyze afterward without getting tilted. For most people aiming for serious improvement, this means playing just 1-3 longer, focused games rather than dozens of blitz games on autopilot.

Brilliant Answer. Thanks
I would not play more than 30 bullet games in a row...
not more than 30 bullet games in a row ...
thanks for your honest views.
but for me , it is difficult to keep the count, anything above 5 games. Above 5 games means getting immersed into it and difficult to get out after a particular number. After that number, it becomes like "it depends on how it goes"
in your opinion, what is the optimal number of chess games to play per Day ?
