If calculation is needed, I can think 2 to 4 moves ahead ..... sometimes I don't calculate. I just see the position, then play what I think is the best move.

The quality of the moves you think ahead is what's important, not so much the quantity. I would rather see 4 good moves per branch of calculation than 14 mediocre moves. happy.png
