It is to ask how much rating points below ur peak is considered sandbagging (assuming ur glicko rd is a low number)

There is something called "tilt" so IDK

sandbagging is losing games on purpose. say you lose 3 and its obvious that its on purpose. that's sandbagging. so it losing 500 games. there's no definite line, and sandbagging is not to be confused with tilting.

I would say any intentional loss of rating for the purpose of competitive or financial advantage is sandbagging.

i wouldn't say trolling weak players, usually they lower their rating and beat higher players to make them lose rating
