That was happening to me too.  If you click on the "compatibilty view" button on your browser it sometimes fixes it (temporarily).

Ah thanks. I fixed it a different way by going into settings and changing the theme to chess.com classic view.

I spend about 2 or 3 hours almost every day...but im always on another tab, and doing other stuff...i spend mabey 30-45 minutes soley on chess...about 4 or five times a week

It does that in my old IE. Using chrome fixed it for me.
