For me it says 54 players are in queue so I should expect 30 mins * 54 players which means 27 hours for my insights to be ready? That's insane

Your actually insights probably only takes a few minutes to calculate, but it takes some people way longer because there are more people ahead of them and chess.com can only process insights one person at a time I think.
I don't remember how long my insights took, but I think it was around 30 minutes. You don't have to stay on the same page though. I think you can even play a chess game and come back or something
