How to avoid time trouble

Hello guys! What are some excellent tips for not getting into time trouble? I've been losing few games lately by running out of time even though my position is a win-win but I still lose because of time trouble. Please help!

It looks like you have lost some of your 5+0 and 10+0 blitz games on time and that you score much better on your 15+10 games. So why don't also play blitz with increment? 5+5 instead of 10+0 and 3+2 instead of 5+0. Then you will ever have the time to finish a won game instead of losing on time three moves before mate.

That's the thing, in the opening I always play fast and at the same time I always plan for the middle game, so basically I'm thinking while my opponent's turn.
