There is no reason you can't become a very good player, perhaps even a titled one, but realistically the chances of you becoming a grandmaster are incredibly slim.  You are simply too far behind those who have been studying since early childhood.  There have been a number of threads on this subject already.  Do a search of the forums (the box in the upper right hand corner) for "becoming a grandmaster" or something similar and you will find plenty of reasons why your dream will not come true.  Sorry....

i don`t think that you are right

if you venkatesh have a very good remembering staff you will be a grandmaster

 

i started playing chess in the age of 11 now i`m 12 and in one year i growth from 500 to 1500 (now its 1300 because of the timeouts) every one says me that i have a very good remembering staff

Yes, if your only goal is to be a grandmaster, your most realistic approach at your age is to spend your year trying to invent a time machine so you can go back 10 or 12 years and begin serious study of chess at a much younger age.
