How to find your ongoing game. Answered call went back to app and game is gone.

All you had to do was click the top right little board icon and your current game was brought up to play on. Now for some unknown reason this little board icon is gone, there was NO seen way to access my game with clock ticking down.
I couldn't stat a new game because for some reason "nuffsed is unavailable to play" but also unable to find a way to play my current game. How hard can it be, there was no list of ongoing games, no way to start a new game, I went through every menu and even googled it but the answer it gave was a load of bs.
So please, how do you find you ongoing game?
