Getting better at chess is what all chess players want. They also want to get it quicker. I myself got 300 Elo in only 13 months. Here's how to do it, step by step.

1. Do puzzles

Doing puzzles help with tactical strategies and finding the best move in a position. The Woodpecker Strategy is a hit for players, impatient to get their rating to the sky.

2. Studying other games

Studying other games will help your brain develop strategies and greatness in your games. The positions of others can be found in your games. Preferably, you should look at GM, FM and IM's games.

3. Never Quitting

To be a good chess player, you need to have a good mindset. Instead of celebrating for a win, use them as steps to get your Elo further. As with your losses, instead of flipping the computer, use your losses as lessons to help you start winning again.

With all these three steps, I am sure you can get closer and closer to the title of this topic. May the best happen and good luck.
