Hey Guys!

I've known how to play Chess for a couple of years now and winning or losing seems to be down to luck for me. I was wondering how I could improve my game (other than just practicing!).

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

First things first, try and play a game without letting your opponent take any of your pieces for free.

get a book on check mate patterns and a book on tactics.
