And in case of me, i dont like speed dating and dont understand the unsound correlation between speed dating and chess.
But if you refer speed chess as a blitz chess, i think i have played it better than you. Obviously seen from our rating differential in blitz :D

I suggest making it easier to get titles and compete for prizes. Reduce WGM to 1300 (So anyone can get it) and add more ranks. WGMI, WGMII, WGMIII, and so on. More money should be taken from the men's tournaments and distributed to women.

How about one minute extra time for selfies, and all Girls get to play with their BFF. Same rules should be applied for gays as well.

On a more serius note gender equality have to come from the top. Improving gender ratio will require long and hard work from FIDE involving everything from the managment, the people organizing tournaments, to the players themselves. The whole organization would need a overhaul in its mindsett.
You would need girl trips, tournaments, prizes, teams etc ets. Even the coaches would have to be reeducated. If you think coaching a bunch of girls are the same as coaching a bunch of boys you are inn for a nasty suprise.
I realy hope we get a better gender ratio, but before FIDE realy want it to happen, its not going to happen
