And in case of me, i dont like speed dating and dont understand the unsound correlation between speed dating and chess.
But if you refer speed chess as a blitz chess, i think i have played it better than you. Obviously seen from our rating differential in blitz :D

I suggest making it easier to get titles and compete for prizes. Reduce WGM to 1300 (So anyone can get it) and add more ranks. WGMI, WGMII, WGMIII, and so on. More money should be taken from the men's tournaments and distributed to women.
I think it was the same person on different accounts.
Most women don't seem to have the competive spirit men do, which probably partly explains their lack of chess interest.
