Well,I smoke and when both sides are given 90 min it's hard to be patient till the end of the game without smoking. But when I get out for smoke,sometimes I lose concentration.What's the best way to handle this situation for a smoker except quitting smoking?
You could try the nicotine patch or gum, as IMBacon suggests. Or you could keep mints or hard candy in your mouth. What works for me is having several bottles of water handy. Throughout the game I take occasional sips and that keeps the smoking urge from ever getting too strong.
