I have played chess since I was a child, but recently I have started to take my hobby seriously, I want to become better chess player and learn new skills and tune my already existing ones.

But recently I have noticed that I have this unnececcary exitment right before games. especially when I have winning streak. Does this nervousness go away in time, or does more experienced and veteran players also have similiar feelings before games?

does you feel the same physical torture in army as you now feel the mental torture in chess

Well I wouldn't call my army experience "torture" 😅 of course it was physically tough trip and every now and then I was very anxious, but it was nothing that a normal person couldn't handle. Where I life army is mantatory. My anxiety in chess is pretty much due to my very competive nature. I hate to lose. I have manners so I am not a bad loser, but never the less I hate to lose, but I also want to improve, so losing is pretty nececcary. But I would want to enjoy every moment of chess, and not being anxious over a single game.

my only advice is  play chess as you approach life and do not force yourself too hard on tactics.  player like morphy did not have a tactics book yet excelled in tactics.
