Hey, you need to download a chess engine, there are plenty out there. You also need a program to view the game, I suggest Arena, it comes with some engines preloaded too, then when you install Arena you can just load the pgn or play the moves yourself and it will analyze the game for you :)

I have played a game and reported the differents moves and created a PGN. How can i now make it analyse by the computer?
