How to play agianst the colle and stonewall?

i have a very hard time playing black agianst these openings simply because i dont know what to do. so i ask everyone who sees this if they know how to play as black here and how to punish any dubious attempt of white

in queens pawn openings (especially colle) white can just fool around and in the end only be like -0.5

Just play good chess.. In stonewall white makes e4 weak, so if you don't know what to do you can play for that..

it's not like that you would be winning or anything but it's a pleasant position I think..

I have played the Colle for fifty years, but only ever against strangers, because a regular opponent eventually discovers that the one thing nearly always fatal to the Colle is a fianchetto on g7.
