What is your current study plan? 20 games today? Does not appear you analyze your games for areas to improve.

1. Learn some openings, 2. Work on middlegames and endgames, 3. Practice a lot of tactics, 4. Play some blitz a few days before the tournament

What areas does your analysis point to needing correction?

Shore up your current responses to e4, d4, c4 and your opening move as white. Don't add anything new unless absolutely necessary. About 4 weeks before the tourney, play less online & more OTB (visual), get plenty of rest (can't make it up a week before), get in your Game Day routine. Research when games start, time controls, food availability (meals & snacks) around the site, etc.

Good luck
