How to report engine cheaters?

I was playing a 10 minute blitz game against this guy, let's just call him Bob (random name) I was doing pretty well against Bob, and had him in a tough situation. Bob spends a minute considering his move. He then spends another minute. Then another, and another, until it's been 4 minutes since his last move. He then plays the rest of the game with 0 inaccuracies, mistakes, or blunders. My under 1250 opponent eventually gets every single move correct in a mate in 6. (Against a normal player I would have resigned, but I allowed him to provide me more evidence for my case.) I looked on the forums for how to report people, but could only find how to report people abusing chat. Can anyone direct me to a link for reporting engine cheaters?

Can you show the game you played? You don't have to show the names of the players.

Typically, 1200s have no engine cheating really, and it's just a delusion. also, 0 for all mistake types does not imply a perfect game at all.

^Probably going to just be a waste of the cheat detection team's time. That's why he should post the game and if it's obvious no engine use was going on, then that's that.

Also, you should stick to 3 minute blitz.

The poor thing, <Cherub>!

Nobody under 1500 should EVER be sent to the 3 minute pool.

They already see nothing with 30 minutes - so make them play with three?
